Building Stronger Communities

As a firm and as individuals, we give because we know what it’s like to receive help in times of need. To us, giving back is all about creating stronger communities…

Why It Matters

Ask our team why we’re so involved in our community and they’ll tell you it’s just what we’re meant to do. We’ve seen the positive impact of offering encouragement, resources, and a helping hand or two, and we’re honored to do our part in lifting others up through a shared passion for service.

Community Outreach

George Armour Ewart, Architect is proud to have been the trusted firm on projects for essential organizations, churches, and businesses across Knoxville and surrounding communities…

Our team has contributed architecture and design services to Emerald Youth since its inception in 1991. With the help of building and field additions provided by our firm, their team is able to continue inspiring and educating underprivileged youth in our community.

By partnering with West High School on many different projects over the years, we’re able to play a significant role in helping local youth achieve their academic and athletic goals. Some of our most notable donated work for West High includes field expansions, new locker rooms, and other building renovations.

Our firm received the opportunity to provide pro-bono work for Girl Talk, whose mission is to remove barriers and build strong futures for elementary to high school aged girls. The 6,900 square-foot, three-story facility now houses offices, counseling areas, and group rooms for their team to work with inner city girls in the area.
